Hi there,

I've investigated our records from the engagement in question. It seems your target disconnected from the servers with NPC aggression prior to your group engaging. This would have left the ship sitting in space for 120 seconds before removing it from space; application of PVP aggression after a disconnection does not cause the log-off timer to reset, unfortunately.

These are normal game mechanics operating as intended. If you have any other questions or problems, please let me know.
