its a good sign that the Switch2 is having trouble selling units. its also a good sign that something like that Gex Playground is growing in sales.
The best thing for your health is to not play video games at all. The least worst form of gaming is something like that Gex Playground thing where you don't have a controller in your hand and you're moving around.
The worst of the worst for over all health is handheld gaming. You're sitting motionless staring into a flat screen centimetres from your face.
