Final fantasy VII opening, Aerith's scene, and even the end are epic. Probably would go to my top list. Final Fantasy franchise has absolutely amazing cut scenes in general though.
I thought the ending to Portal I was friggen amazzzzinnggg. Cute and witty. I enjoyed it very much.
Kingdom Heart's I ending was also pretty amazing.
Dungeon Keeper intros were always also hilarious and enjoyable.
Red Alert I: Intro was pretty awesome at the time as well.
I also thought the intro-cut scene to Oblivion was great. Made the whole thing feel epic.
In the middle of Star Ocean: Til the End of Time, there is an amazing cut scene that blew my mind as well.
I'm a massive OOT fan and I can assure you that OOT definitely doesn't deserve to be on that list. This isn't even a popularity contest as much as the guiness people googling "video games" and picking random ones.

I have to agree. OOT is definitely in my top 5 games of ALL time, but that's because of it's amazing gameplay. If the list was about the game with the best game play, OOT deserves the number 1 spot - but for cut-scenes.... no, not at all.
FF7 + FF8 ff7 ending = fuckin 7 minute musical arrangement of like 20 different songs and after ff7 ending, if you wait a minute or two...........prelude theme starts playing to a starry sky background..........wtf epicness
Just like to throw in an honorable mention for the credits of a little game on PSN from a while back, Fat Princess... Never had so much fun with the credits in my gaming life.
One of the first games to have cutscenes and the first that really put you into an actual story. It probably helped a lot that I was 8 years old at the time, doubt the story still holds up. But I fell in love with it at the time.
Probably number 2 on my list is Super Metroid, when Mother Brain is about to kill you and the baby Metroid comes out of nowhere to save you. The music actually included the sounds of a baby crying. Mother Brain then kills the baby. You easily get your revenge, but you don't really feel like you won at the end and it was mildly controversial that way.
I thought it was brilliant game development to end with a simple objective "Survive" even though you know it's impossible, and it's things like that I want to incorporate into my own games when I graduate and become and developer (being an indie dev is my dream ^^)
I've never played Black Ops so I can't comment on that.
did a great job of giving the players a small taste of the rivalrly between the brotehrs of sparda, with the latter part displaying just how much of a cocky badass he was as a youngster
another one i fucking loved was
nicely set up just a taste of the challenges/bosses/experience this amazing game had in wait for you
I think why this list doesn't have starcraft in it or any good pc games, is that it is the greatest 'video games' which, unless I am mistaken, more pointed towards consoles. If it was greatest computer games, then I feel there would be a much better list. This is just my opinion and what I've seen video and computer games as. The list is a lot more favoured towards console.
