Confirmation after ladder stage
ProLeague — within 12 hours. GosuLeague, HasuLeague & ChoboLeague — within one week.

Qualification restriction
Players who played ProLeague (Seasons 14–20) cannot qualify for Hasu or Chobo. Players who played GosuLeague (Seasons 16–20) cannot qualify for Chobo. Players who didn't reach required MMR must skip this season.

Residency locked
Only players living outside South Korea may participate.

No smurfs
Play on your real, most known nickname only.

Race picking
Declare race and matchups upon confirming. Fixed for the entire season.

Regular match rules
Be online on Battle.net channel Op BSL (Europe) and Discord 15 minutes before your match. After 15 min no response: opponent claims a game. After 30 min: opponent claims the series. Do not stream or announce results before the official cast.

Early matches
Matches before Elimination Stage can be played early with admin approval. Use Discord to coordinate. Replays must be submitted.

ShieldBattery
Any match may be played on ShieldBattery with mutual agreement. See shieldbattery.net.

Latency
Default Turn Rate is DTR. Can be changed by mutual agreement.

Disconnects
Disconnect before 2 min mark: replay. After 2 min with advantage: admin decides.

Broadcasting
Allow ZZZero or responsible person to join your game for broadcast. Free to stream ladder and qualifier matches. Restreaming official BSL events without permission is not allowed.
13
Unsportsmanlike conduct
Toxicity, insults, racism, homophobia, sexism or offensive conduct will be punished. Default penalty: ban from the season.
14
Prize distribution
Contact ZZZero on Discord within one month. Default: PayPal. Send full name + address to bombasticstarleague@gmail.com. Transfer costs covered by recipient.

Personal data
Participants agree to processing of personal data made available to the organizer or publicly accessible.

Players listed on PEP, SDN or OFAC lists must contact the organizer prior to participating.
