What happens when there that official toolkit things released? Will we all have to delete NMM and go through picking out all the mod stuff in the various folders for Skyrim, or do patches render old mods useless and just ignores or deletes that information on its own?

Overall I think DB was good in both, Thieves was good in both, Mages/College was probably a bit better in Oblivion, Fighters/Companions was a million times better in Oblivion, Main Quest was way better in Skyrim though.

That looks interesting! Not saying it's better than default ENB due to its fantasy themed shading, but any change is welcoming at this point after 140 hours of gameplay.
