A few of the daedric quests are pretty interesting -- Sheogarath, the cannibal one, and the sleeping/nightmare ones off the top of my head. I think the best part of the game though was discovering all sorts of random things leading to each other. Did you know:
* If you managed to save the guy who helped you sneak into the Thalmor Embassy, you can find him again hanging out in Windhelm's dark elves quarter area? And he seems to be needing your help this time... * There is a moored and wrecked ship on the northeast coast that holds clues to someone's unknown past in Winterhold... * A certain girl runs as a fugitive from the wrath of the son of a Black Briar in a small town in the middle of Tamriel... * There exists a biography that details an arch-summoners journey into the realms of the Daedra that makes for an interesting lore read... * The Wolf Queen is indeed reality not myth, and she chafes to return, and the seals entombing her weaken by the day... * The dwarven ruins in Markath are vast, I daresay larger and deeper than Blackreach, and contain many hidden treasures as well as deadly traps... * There exists an interesting lake with a tree that contains a special sap that someone in Whiterun might be interested in... * Three lowly disciples of the College have gone missing, and nobody knows where they have gone...
Also, have you found Valdr's lucky dagger? Imo it's the best dagger you can get for a very long time, until you get 100 smithy/alchy/ench, and it only requires Steel to sharpen. Or Kyne's token? Or Froki's bow?
Started a new character tonight and went through the Liberate Skyrim quests for the Stormcloaks, about to do Companions but I find myself very poor compared to my last character which was a thief/assassin with basically no morals, stole from friends etc every time I could. How am I supposed to make any money being moral?! Also bought the Whiterun home without furnishings for the first time (last time bought it without knowing what it really meant) and was so depressed with how the home is at first.

Go adventure and wipe out bandit and vampire dungeons. Easy way to level up and make money. You'll also find some cool journal or something every once in a while.
Ahh ok, I'm so used to the "city life" of just stealing I almost forget about the huge world out there. lol Never did read any journals or anything I find, thanks for the tip. Also just wondering but when the official toolkit stuff is out will Steam or Bethesda give us some way of organizing everything or will we still have to use NMM?

Extorting people sucks. I joined the thieves guild so I could steal...Very disappointing.

apparently there will be a way of organizing and automatically applying mods
what are everyones must-have visual mods, not including personal preference ones like naked or curvacious women mod, which i like, but just don't feel the need to go through downloading a mod for.
also, anyone know where i could find a list of all the zones stones of barenziah are in which don't give away exactly where they are. I'd like to go scavenger hunting for them but don't want to know the exact room and desk location, just a ballpark zone name.

My enchanting is about 4 dwarven ruins worth of soul gems from maxed, and my alchemy will be maxed after about 23 more times buying all the ingredients from a shop and selling them back as potions. I'm curious if anyone knows the best people to get alchemy and enchanting training from to make this process go a lot quicker. I need to get this shit done fast so I can get back to starcraft...
Also does anyone know what ingredients make fortify blacksmith? I haven't run across that effect yet in all my potion spamming.
There is an abuse where restoration potions also makes all your enchanted gear stronger, but only when you are equipping them. So if you drink a restoration potion and then reequipp your gear all your enchants are suddenly much stronger and it lasts till you take off the gear since the strength of the buffs is determined when you put on the gear and doesn't update when the potion runs out.
It's an old OP last edited 11 months ago. It had fine effort up till then!
Dude probably doesn't even remember he made it. He might not even look at TL anymore. Dear god he might not even play Skyrim. He could be DEAD or maybe joined the circus.
