had it during the beta season, and it wasnt x.x now that im poor, i just cant justify doing it, especially after i already pay for raptors TV which is a rip off :D. unless you mean league pass for TV, then yes its worth it, but for the internet, ugh support is bad, black outs are bad, just over all bad !

Does anyone watch the Pacers here and know what the hell is going on with Roy Hibbert? He put up consistent numbers at the beginning of the season but then just self destructed over the past month or so. I remember Jim O'Brien saying Hibbert was playing under his potential even when he was seemingly doing well. I just don't understand how a 7'2" center who's one of the league leader in blocks can have a shooting % lower than the guards on his team and also consistently gets less than 10 rebs when there is no one else on the team who averages more than 7 rebs a game.

The only two possible teams I can see would be the Lakers and the Spurs.

The Lakers have the combination of offense, defense and size that has been shown to be successful in the postseason. While they've been very inconsistent, they still look a tier above the rest when they're playing the right way and focused, which I'm confident Phil will have them doing by the postseason.

The Spurs have been very impressive in the regular season and have some nice depth. If Kobe is on Parker, who will be on Manu? Artest? than who will be on RJ? Fisher? The back court matchups for the spurs are going to be an offensive powerhouse in the postseason with this spiral effect. They might be screwed in the front court, and pau might eat them alive, but i still have faith in Timmy D to eat more minutes during the playoffs, and with 4 other people to give hard fouls they arent in as deep of a hole as it seems.

I might get hammered for this, but I think the key for the Lakers vs the Spurs will actually be a fit Bynum.. If Bynum is fit and playing it will give the Lakers the advantage in the front court and particularly at PF. I think the bench battle between those two teams will also prove pretty decisive and intriguing (both have pretty deep benches).

Boston's back court of Allen/Rondo gave the Lakers a hard time and they managed. If the Lakers play good team defense as they are known to do when they give a shit it might be more even than we think.

Eh, i still think that was Ray missing more than it was good D on him, theres no way that Fisher at 4 inches shorter can truly guard ray. Manu is taller, and more of a jack of all trades, they would be stupid to switch defensive schemes on him, by putting Kobe on Parker, that is, they are better off letting Fisher guard Parker since Manu is much better at creating his own shot than Allen is, who just runs around screens. Batmanu is just to good for Kobe to not guard him.

Of course i think Matt Barnes will play a huge part in defending Manu, and giving Kobe a break.

Under the current no-handcheck rules there's no way to stop talented perimeter players one-on-one. It requires strong, coordinated and crisp team defense where everyone is helping and rotating properly. We've seen the Lakers capable of that kind of defense last season with largely the same roster, and they've displayed it inconsistently this season as well. If they can execute the way they should, and are fully capable of, they can definitely take the Spurs in a 7-game series.

I like the Spurs, but come Playoffs time the Lakers will and should be favourites in any series IMO. I know they've been erratic this year but they'll turn up for sure.
