I felt that the same concept design applied to Starcraft but Starcraft 2's custom game implementation was a big disappointment for me. Coming from enjoying many UMS games through Starcraft 1's custom game interface I felt like the way they handled it in Starcraft 2 was a step back. | ||

Back from the D3 Press Event, was a lot of fun. Plenty of BIG news will be released on Monday. I've got quite a few videos lined up between coverage of all the new reveals, and some interviews as well. Well, in expansion like cataclysm, i wouldn't be giving out the invites to all the players between lvl 1-80 so that's why they probably didn't have the old system there. Instead, they gave most of the beta invites for those, who had been a long time player, who had some experience and was actually higher level than low-mid. They needed people to test out the new zones, new leveling system and overall the "end" game. But in D3 case, everyone starts from the beginning. Everything is new and haven't been tested out with lots of players yet thats why i think they will be giving out keys also. SC2 had keys if i remember right not just invitations? Or did i spoke too early in my previous post.. :D Thats how i see it. But who knows how it will be. ps. i'm not quite sure how the beta went in WoW so don't take me for granted. | ||
