I never actually experienced release or any maintenance / unexpected downtime so ive never suffered before. But this is the first time ive actually cringed in disgust at always-online DRM. I want to play fucking solo jesus. Also disgusted at blizzard for the first time in my life. EUGH.

Good thing I can do most of the important stuff in T6 already, but if it happened yesterday, when I constantly switched around with the difficulty I would've gotten an aneurism Meanwhile the estimated wait time jumped to 4:54. I don't even... Yeah, because the european companies actually care about their customers :D Is the thorns set actually viable now ? Does anyone have any experience with it ?

Went sader to start the season and thorns is hilarious with just 2 pieces can't wait to finish the full set I have indeed run into a LOT of goblins in general. At least two of the big blobs of them, too. ... I also put in a ton of hours, but hey.

At the end of the season your season characters are changed to non-season and any items in your Season stack is mailed to your non-season section. Any paragon xp is also transfered. You don't really lose anything when the season ends. It just forces you to start from 0 every season.

2 days after season opened I have a Demon Hunter with full class set and all required items for my build so my improvement is mostly in grinding ancient variants of items I already have. I don't feel like doing that so I'm done for the season. The more you give players quick and easy loot the less incentive there is to actually spend time on your game. On the flip side my brother doesn't play a lot and has never actually completed a full set. The season reward is why he is playing again now.

Yeah I don't love them - it just felt really anticlimactic. If there wasn't fantastic build diversity (and really fun builds!) for wiz this season I would feel done already. But there are. :D

So it all came together this season. Plus I have a tiny monitor, so the new cursor is freaking annoying. New monsters and maps are awesome though. Still waiting for a pvp set though.

Anyone trying for the Seasons Journey (especially the stash) is still going to be spending a ton of time playing. Decreasing the initial character setup period is a fair trade off when they keep moving the goalposts forward every Season. Not really anyone's fault if your cut-off point ends up being a lot earlier than someone else's.
