Usually if I have enough money for Deathfire, I have enough for Nashor's, and the extra boost to tower pushing is much better for my needs. | ||

Mana Manip winds up being a much worse item than Doran's Ring if I don't build right into Soul Shroud, and there's a lot of games where Soul Shroud's bonuses aren't really what I need. The CDR is really strong and I should probably build it more than I do, but building toward Chalice or GA seems to keep my team alive better than SS. I should note that I don't play ranked yet, so it's not really the best input. I just dislike Mana Manip for not being "the best" opening item. @Southlight - Armor runes? Why? | ||

Chalice is nice because it's a 30 MR item that happens to give a lot of regen. It's not hard to get a bonus 20+ MP5 out of it by level 9-10 as Taric, at which point I prefer it to a Negatron. | ||

Here is a quick guide of what to do in common laning scenarios: -An enemy champion is going in for a last hit => Reckoning -An enemy champion is about to attack you or an ally => Reckoning -An enemy champion just popped out of the bushes => Reckoning -An enemy champion is about to attack your turret => Reckoning -An enemy champion is running away in fear of Reckoning => Reckoning -An enemy champion hasn't been hit by Reckoning recently, and has forgotten what it looks like => remind him with a Reckoning -An enemy champion is low on health, and is therefore asking you to kill him => Reckoning - Reckoning is on cooldown => Reck...crap Confirm/Deny | ||
