lol guys, i have never enter teamliquid with out seeing this thread on the top 5 of Sports& Games sub forum. you guys should stop posting useless things and use liquid party instead or soon we gona hv to create a new thread =.=....
its just hard to keep track of what we are talking about and finding the stuff that we need >.<
ok, back to topic. since im main caster, i would like to state that morg is OP in high elo! why? she can always be played by 2 ways: carrier + nuker OR supporter. her set of skill are quite dangerous once you have mastered how to shot the spell, which gona lead to the fact that morg should be focus down 1st. well what is wrong with it? if you try to focus her down like 2 or 3 people on her, you either gona be ulti-ed or she gona E and flash/ghost away. => hard to kill! in case you could harras her enough? she will up WE and become a push+supporter with spaming spell shield on her carrier which last quite long.
now when you compare her to annie/ryze/veigar, you can see how she has potential to deal the same amount of damage but is much harder to kill. Best way to put it is by compare her to the old Jana.

I dunno, I mean, it's just sorta the nature of the super late game. The dominant characters at that point are the ones that hang around forever and output a fuckton of damage throughout, namely: Nasus Amumu Garen Olaf Warwick Udyr Xin
At least IMO, all those characters should be built as 0-1 real damage items, so when they hit their infinite EHP point of the build, they just have infinite staying power in late fights and output good damage all the way throughout, which naturally makes them dominant since everyone else is forced to be specialized to be effective really.

olaf is such a pain in the ass, he doesn't even need damage to hit like an absolute truck. he still is pretty squishy imo, but he's a really damn strong carry.
what i find funny is how all these new heroes seem to be underpowered at the start, then as people find out how to actually play them they become quite strong. remember ezreal got buffed after he was released? ap got nerfed to hell and ad is still super strong
shen became super strong after people found out how much damage/cc/utility he had, he was pretty meh when he first came out
we all know what happened to garen
akali was almost seen as another evelynn, then people found out how she 1 shots every carry
even kennen is apparently really strong in 3's

Thx!

The OP keeps a very good track on what goes on in this thread in the front page. Many posters here remember what went on before as well.
And uhhhhh.... no, I can't see how she's op, or even better than annie or anivia. Her skillshot is not likely going to make it to the carry in the back, the spell shield is useless against dps-ers, and her ult puts her at suicide range and she HAS to stay in that range for some time for the stuns to happen. Annie's and Anivia's (hell, even Nunu's) ults stun or slow their targets AND do considerable damage immediately at the same time, and they don't require you to basically stand next to their team either.
EDIT: and Veigar and Ryze have always been lower tier squishies; being better than them doesn't say much.

Its the patch notes for the test realm, does not include every change and is subject to change. I'm sure its not done or complete.

apparently theres a new item being tested that's called breathstealer that gives AP, armor, CDR, and has an activate that reduces the target's ap and ad by a large % (i think like 60%)
