Edit: Re, the Annie skin I don't think they're catering to "a particular" community so much as their forum, in which a grown-up Annie skin has been clamoured for for months (like, since beta at least). And really, if there's popular demand, what's to blame Riot for catering, because skins are their primary revenue stream :p | ||

A bad singed that flings someone into a teammate that's trying to run is absolutely awful. A singed that kites the entire team to death in his poison trail is amazing. An enemy that tries to chase your singed through his poison trail is equally as retarded. I feel singed is a really niche tank in that hes pretty effective at peeling (with his glue trap and fling) but sometimes his fling is really unreliable. | ||

Maknoon runs the same rune setup, but has more in defensive masteries and less in utility than I do, but I'm pretty thoroughly convinced that my setup is optimal for early game. | ||

He's average at best, as far as I'm concerned; if he has a strong laning partner who can keep the enemy champions far away, then Nunu can make use of his passive and add to the harassment while he keeps himself at high HP- at the cost forcing the lane to advance. If he has a weak laning partner, then Nunu will be pretty useless- he can keep himself healthy with Consume usually, but that'll spend most of his mana regen and he won't be able to harass with Ice Blast to any relevant degree. He does great with Soraka, but seriously, who doesn't? Maybe an early game support/tank like Alistar, but you really shouldn't be pairing up those two anyway. As an addendum- even though Nunu is mostly useless in teamfights, if your team manages to win the fight 4v5, then Nunu is a spectacular chaser. All in all though, I'd much rather have any other champion on my team instead of Nunu- Eve, Trynd, Garen, Malzahar, Akali, Veigar, you name it. | ||

NuNu's, IMO, one of the best laners in the game. Self heal that assures minion kills, strong nuke on low CD, and a passive that eases mana issues a lot, what's not to love? The fact that he tapers out a bit later in the game sucks, but I dunno, he can just be such a monster on a strong lane that I think it's really misguided to talk about him at the same level of fail as Veigar or Eve. | ||
