Because when I choose PayPal payment method and log in with proper mail/password I receive the thing to put my card number, Visa/MasterCard/Amex and some other crap... ;((( | ||

I try to play conservatively with my skills and still run low on mana. Anyone else build panth with decent regen and if so how exactly without ruining early game dmg? PS im almost 20 and wanna get my rune build sorted before i buy T3s. Got about 10k IP saved up. | ||

i'm p sure mana regen isn't a problem because you don't use his skills until you have all three, then you use all three at the same time for a fast burst panth isn't an attrition/regen hero, he's got to do it in one go | ||

You grind them down with spearchucking. Regen of both sorts is quite important. | ||

Also gonna play around a few matches with meki/dorans shield opening :p Fairly sure being able to spear the enemy more often is better than a small dmg buff, or even to help with last hitting/lane presence. Im sure it will all change again once i got a decent set of t3 runes though. | ||
