To explain in more detail to the above, prior to the remake ~3 weeks ago Veigar was a niche hero. His ult used to BLAST casters and basically four-shot them, no matter how weak Veigar was up to that point, because it did damage based on max mana. The problem was that he was a farm-based hero, but he could only kill one, and heroes that farm all game tend to be detrimental as they're very weak early-game. Usually when you have a farm hero you expect them to pewpewpew the other team in exchange for the protection you give them. Fast forward to the remake and they've made landing his meteor easier, but they completely nerfed his ult, such that you can't actually explode people anymore. So now he's a hero that needs every skill (thus he's weak until ~level 18) and he can't even explode casters to be of some use. | ||

I dunno a friend of mine pasted me a conversation he was having with Shurelia, she was like "singed is pretty OP" and he was like "if you nerf him I'm not talking to you anymore" because that's his main. I just picked him up and it's really, really easy to win with him because you're basically invincible in teamfights unless they have chain stun and even then with good items and spells (armor or MR and a quicksilver sash + cleanse/ghost/ult) you're still looking pretty good. He's super easy to build and if fling hit every time you targeted with it he'd definitely be top tier in my opinion, just based on how hard he can dive and still be 100% safe. Think Singed won't dive 3 towers at half hp to get a kill and still be able to get out alive? Think again. I lol about it. | ||

On a related note, I really want them to turn the leaguecraft Kass skin I use into an official one Edit: Singed may be a nice towerdive champ but he's not really effective at helping your team win games IMO. | ||
