I have seen 12 Angry Men.
If I remember correctly, I think he proudly said something like "Not Guilty and it was all thanks to me, changed everyone else's vote... Everyone knew he wasn't a lawyer but that lady didn't make her case and I wasn't about to let the criminal justice system ruin another good person's life/ not on my watch."

Well that's pretty retarded.
Hey, everyone knows you killed someone, but some WOMAN didn't make her case, therefore let's not ruin this guilty person's life and set them free! By the way, I'm a redneck mechanic who wants to pretend I've studied criminology and the justice system and the philosophical implications of if we don't have a justice system, what do we have left but ourselves!

so in this case the jury deliberated and came to the conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt according to the law that was described to them by the judge that mike broke the law(s) in question
dat checks and balances doe, do you take your tyranny with one lump of sugar or two?

I think that you understand so little about criminal justice that even watching a marathon of Law and Order would be beneficial for you.

In this case, you have to interpret "we know you're a fraud" really as "we believe you're a fraud". As long as it's not proven beyond reasonable doubt, you don't know shit as far as the law is concerned :D. And thankfully, belief isn't enough to pass judgment.

That's pretty much what happened with Casey Anthony. Although it's probably a lot easier for a jury to find someone guilty of fraud, than to find someone guilty of murder.... even though it made the jury sick to the stomach for acquitting her. Same thing with OJ Simpson really.
Mike didn't have to prove he's a lawyer. Gibbs had to prove he is not. That's the gist of it. Does it matter if Gibbs is male or female? Our justice system prefers It's better that 100 guilty people go free than one innocent person be wrongly convicted.
Harvey, of all people, needs to stop saying 'innocent' though. /facepalm Not guilty doesn't mean innocent, it just means prosecutor failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Suits should return within 2-3 months!
Season 6 of Suits will include 16 episodes, just like most of the seasons that have come before it. Unfortunately, no official premiere date for Season 6 of Suits has been announced just yet. However, looking at when past seasons of the series have premiered should give us an idea. All five seasons of the show have premiered in either June or July, so we can probably expect Season 6 of Suits to premiere in June or July of 2016. ~ http://www.bustle.com/articles/144696-when-will-suits-return-for-season-6-catch-up-on-these-legal-dramas-in-the-meantime
And a related article today about Donna:
9 Reasons Why Donna Is The Best Assistant In The World
Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) may be the best closer in New York, but it’s no secret that the real MVP of Pearson Specter Litt is Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty). While her role on Suits is as Harvey's legal secretary, the scope of her responsibilities and power is far greater. Here’s why Donna is the absolute best assistant in all the land.
1. She knows everything. And yes, Donna will point this out to you. It’s not being needlessly boastful; it’s just the way it is.
2. She’s the ultimate team player and fiercely loyal to everyone she works with. Whether she’s helping you win a mock trial or the most important case of the century, Donna is the person you need in your corner.
3. Donna has an ability to get everyone to love and respect her. Remember Norma? Donna even had a good relationship with her!
4. Harvey has a knack for solving problems on his own, yet he still needs Donna –- and he even admits this to her! Who else could make Harvey seem so human? Donna and her superhuman powers, that’s who!
5. Donna’s job is everything to her, and so is her work family at PSL. Without any hesitation, she will put her job on the line to protect the people she cares about. That's going way above and beyond the call of duty -- and the definition of family.
6. Working with lawyers is no small feat. Working with the best lawyers at the best firm in the country's biggest legal market means you need to have a million balls in the air and never miss a beat. Donna does that and then some. It’s no wonder that everyone wants her to work on their desk!
7. Donna proves that awesome-ness is a workplace skill that’s just as important as having a photographic memory.
8. As amazing as Harvey is, he’s only human and makes mistakes, both in the workplace and in his personal life. Donna won’t let his ego get out of control and she knows exactly how to point it out and keep Harvey in line.
9. When you’re in the office as long as lawyers and their legal secretaries, it’s important to have a sense of humor and the ability to make friends with your team -- and Donna is the gold standard. Whether she’s cracking the best jokes in the firm, or lending a shoulder to cry on, Donna is always there for you (and often with a sweet treat or a drink)!
We think that Pearson Specter Litt would be completely lost without Donna Paulsen, so Happy Administrative Professionals Day, Donna! And, Gretchen, we think you're great; you're just not Donna-level... YET. We're confident that you'll get there soon too. ~ http://www.usanetwork.com/suits/blog/9-reasons-why-donna-is-the-best-assistant-in-the-world#facebook

It’s official: Season 6 of Suits premieres Wednesday, July 13 at 9/8c. http://usanet.tv/1WOmRwh
Season six picks up immediately following Mike Ross' (Patrick J. Adams) plea deal, as he begins his two-year sentence for conspiracy to commit fraud. Having spared his colleagues at Pearson Specter Litt, Mike will face the harsh reality of prison life while Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Jessica (Gina Torres), Louis (Rick Hoffman), Donna (Sarah Rafferty), and Rachel (Meghan Markle) deal with the fact that their once-bustling firm is now a ghost town.
