Uhh, they never actually ever existed. Name one single Partner of the firm. Name a single staffer. They were just nameless extras.

I mean, how many times did they have to make the reference to ass rape. We get it, people rape asses in prison. I think they mentioned it about three times. I mean, you've got 72 hours before you go to prison, do you really need people to keep reminding you that there's ass rape (and for it to be the last thing Harvey says to you, and the second to last line of the entire show)?

Suits season 6 release date: Opening scene revealed by showrunner; what's in store for Mike? Warning: Suits season 5 spoilers below Mike's first night in prison and the rest going back to their empty firm — that's how Suits season 6 will open, reveals showrunner Aaron Korsh. The show's creator and writer spoke to The Hollywood Reporter recently and teased what fans can expect from the legal drama's next season. To summarise, there will be no flashbacks and no time jumps. "We're coming back right where we left off," revealed Korsh. "We'll often always think about a time jump and then a flashback but then we counter with wondering why we just don't pick it up there in the first place. So we half-did that at the beginning of season five. But no, we're coming back to the very night that we ended the episode on. The entire episode as is currently contemplated takes place with Mike's first night in prison and the first night back at the firm when they've come back and it's empty." Giving a little glimpse into season 6 of Suits, Korsh stated that it will be all about "moving forward." "How is Mike going to handle life in a new environment and what kind of toll will that take on his relationships? As for the other five, what happens when the two pillars of their existence — Mike and the firm — have been knocked out? Will they regroup and band together and overcome or are they going to go their separate ways? Basically, how will they respond to this gut punch that's ripped them apart." When does Suits season 6 air? USA Network renewed Suits for season 6 back in July 2015, just after season 5 of the legal drama premiered. Season 6 of Suits will include 16 episodes, just like most of the seasons that came before it, reports Bustle. While no official release date for season 6 of Suits has been announced yet, premiere dates of past seasons of the series can give fans some indication. All five seasons of the show premiered in either June or July, so we can probably expect season 6 of Suits to premiere in June or July of 2016. ~ http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/suits-season-6-release-date-opening-scene-revealed-by-showrunner-whats-store-mike-1547286

How the hell did literally everyone leave PSL already? They're all just... gone? wtf? 3. While the obvious cliffhangers are What will become of PSL and Will Rachel wait for Mike, I don't feel like "omg I can't wait until summer for Suits to come back" for some reason. The last ~3 scenes were just meh for me (after Mike punched Harvey). Not marrying Rachel is the only right choice. He's going to prison. If Rachel regrets the marriage in those 2 years she's pretty fucked. If however she still likes him they can marry after the prison time. The mistake was talking about marriage before prison in the first place not leaving her at the altar.

Either that or they can just fast forward to 2 years later when Mike is out and fill half of Season 6 with flash back to events that happen during the 2-year period ...

I think it's smart for them to not do a time jump. We've been waiting 5 seasons for Mike to get caught and see the consequences and repercussions... and if they all happened off screen, that would be a huge letdown.

He did what his character should do; I'm not surprised at all.

we saw what a softie mike was in the early seasons of the show. his unwavering morals were often a problem when dealing with lawsuits that were in the grey, and he got a lot of shit from harvey for it. his development over the series shows that in the last few seasons he can be a dick when he needs to be and is not afraid to do shit in the grey anymore (a true representation of him being harveys protege). all that development however goes to shit suddenly and he has to whine about how he would never be able to live with himself for a crime he committed which, lets face it, is literally nothing on a bigger scale considering what he has been able to do for people as a lawyer. i just feel all that shit harvey taught him goes to waste because once again, his 'good' side is getting in the way of him doing his job, which was saving his own ass

So it's not that much of a surprise that Mike did the same thing. You also need to consider that this is completely different to all the cases he's worked on. First of all it affects all the people that he cares about (while previously most of the times he was working for his clients). Second they had a very weak case against Justice (witnesses were not as convincing, a member of the firm i.e Donna, pleaded the Fifth to a point blank question), and were only banking on the possibility of Gibbs not doing enough to bring it beyond reasonable doubt. Third and finally, unlike other times where he broke or skirted the law to do good, this time it's about him saving himself from jail time for a crime he actually did commit.
