If Korea got half the interest that NEXON league was suppose to create Korea probably would have or even a quarter of the player pool that Korean LoL has. Doubtful. The difference between LoL and Dota other than the steeper skill ceiling in dota, is that a lot of the Western player have 8 years of experience. In LoL, the Western players had a lot less years. Experience matters for shit. Just look at who the top players in Dota 2 are now. Players with 8 years of experience? Aren't many, if any, top players that haven't at least pubbed for half a decade. Sumail, Arteezy, W33ha, Miracle, PPD...? Sumail and Arteezy were hardcore pubbers for like 6-8 years or something. PPD was a HoN "pro", but sure, I'll give you that. No clue about how long W33ha and Miracle have played Dota. By that argument, those Dota players who went to League of Legends ought to have destroyed. Told you outright that I'd give you the PPD one. What argument are you talking about? Then you'll see that A LOT of the top players in Dota, especially in the West today, do not have top Dota experience. And arguing that playing at a low level in public games = experience... That's just ridiculous, I'm sorry. They are all carried by players that have ton of experience. Saying that experience doesn't matter makes you look silly.

Bets on actual start time? Probably 1 hour, luckily the same teams are playing so they should at least know where they are

that was an atrocious back to chinese translation right here
he literally ignored everything puppey said and just translated "it was easy to punish void for his mistakes"

classic and safe drafting enigma tide game. Teams better remember this combo still works just fine patch after patch.

The Spirit of the NASL Sound Guy will never leave eSports.
I'm also so used to the player not speaking English and the translator translating into English. Kind of different for once.
So, I just got around, how badly did Ehome look? That they lost the 2nd game wasn't unexpected. They lose 80% of their 2nd Pick games.

man this panel is gold. Thx for bringing 2gd back valve

watching this replay clips
i didn't know sunstrike goes through bkb

Just checked the drafts for Ehome vs MVP. MVP did their homework and old chicken was smoking something in that Game 1. Game 2's draft isn't as bad by Ehome, but it still looks wonky.
MVP has to beat Secret, as I don't think they'll get gifted that much draft advantage again in the group.
