For huskar: because his other skills are better. One point in spears let's you orb walk harass which is awesome, but blood is far better for doing damage under almost any circumstance (dot <<<<damage now, attack speed, does more damage anyway) and his heal is far too awesome to leave, especially for mid game fights.
The single point helps you win the lane, but the rest of his skills just work better from there on.
Radi on spec: cancels every blink dagger their team has, instantly. Means your illusions do far more damage, and makes you a bigger target, which means dispersion does more.
Has the downside of instantly killing you if someone has a mjollnir and a radiance though. Hilarious, but sad.

Yea but he's not a hero that if he has an ok early game has a great midgame. So just rape him mid game. A pub won't really keep him alive

Multiple radiances don't stack, so they only benefits I see for radience on spectre over other heroes is that she can put the burn on everyone with her ulti for a little while and that she's naturally tanky.
I've seen a few huskar players only get one point in burning spears. Why is this? The damage from it scales linearly, the only reason I could think of is that the self damage is the point of the spell.
Quite frankly its just because he can start the teamfights off so well, burn everyone but more importantly she disperses all the damage taken in a pretty decently wide radius. Radiance is good on all heroes that can survive and just constantly take in damage (in her case, she takes in the damage and dishes it right back).

Why is visage traditionally played as a trilane carry? shouldnt he be played as a support in the trilane? i mean obviously hes going to get lots of last hits on the kills, but why give him the cs as well? he doesnt benefit from farm at all

You just haven't played with my Zeus Caboose!

To answer your question:
If someone leaves, the game is still recorded as a win loss. However you are allowed to leave and take a loss without going to leave queue. If you win the game 4v5, you get a win. If you lose, you get a loss. Same for the other team.

I'm not quite sure if it's still like this but it used to be quite buggy. Games just wouldn't appear in win/loss sometimes if someone quit.

Yeh I'm having that lately, not sure if its intentional or the games just straight up don't count if the game is considered "Abandonded"

Thank you....thats what I thought... it just makes no logical sense in my mind. If someone leaves that early and you're able to leave without leaver que, why does it count on your record? That's like a carte blanche leaving open for anyone to be a dick in that game, and like myself I care about my hidden MMR Win/Loss...so what is the point of leaving? This better be changed soon or before the game goes retail. The better alternative would be put everyone in a higher que priority so it encourages leaving and the people victim to a leaver can find a fresh game asap.

Each level of burning spears gives huskar 18 damage per attack, post reduction, which berzerkers blood gives you at 37% life, and improves if you get lower, combined with the increased attack speed. Yeah, it's a decent orb, but it's jus not as good as blood, not even close. You could make the argument that it's worth getting if you have a healer, but take into account how huskar plays- massive burst of damage, stuff dies quickly. You don't give the orb anywhere near the time to do damage most of the time, I'd be surprised if you got more than 2 seconds of burn most of the time, which is 8 damage per skill point.
Combine this with that it's a dot, and it's no worth it, IMO. It did get buffed reasonably recently though, I might experiment with it, but it's never impressed me, I've gotten far more kills thanks to level 1 heal than the extra 12 damage/attack would have gotten me, I think, and I'm certainly not taking it over blood.

Oh sorry LOzarian, I didn't make it clear I guess, I was referring to the Silencer comment you made above. I completely agree with the Huskar thing, only 1, MAX 2 points into Burning Spears, sometimes none at all if your doing fine in the lane.

Ahhh, fair enough. Silencer as dps is woefully underestimated IMO. Especially since the buff - dude hits like a truck.

1 level is taken for orbwalk harass, and I am unsure if Burning spears stacks with lifesteal, I don't think so and Huskkar is very powerfull if he attacks incredibly fast, high damage and steals life back, marginally ''outhealing'' his opponents damage while doing a truckload of damage.
Problem with Silencer is he dies too fast, but yes I feel like he does alot of damage, not enough to be a carry though but if he gets force staff and guinsoos somehow then he is a force to be reckoned with.

I think Silencer will never be able to get enough survivability alone. If you build a team around him carrying then I think it's possible. Just picking him and hoping you can farm enough to survive I think won't work.

Yeah correct, Spears doesn't stalk with lifeleech.... that would be OP as hell if it did lol. For that sole purpose is why I never invest usually more than 1 max 2 into it.
Silencer to me is one of the hardest int carries, besides OD and QoP+Storm, but he's the squishiest wherein lies the problem. If you get a Sheepstick and silencestick....I feel he outcarries any agility NO problem at that point.

but OD just outshines him in every way

I think as soon as ogre magi is back in the game we might well see some of the old ogre magi +silencer strats from ages ago, 75% of int damage is not to be sniffed at.

Why does the time for TPing with a scroll sometimes change ? It seems to me like it takes twice more times sometimes.
