Exactly where? can't find in game history or in recent games in my player profile page.

It's the "recent games" button under the "watch" tab. Then filter the games for skill level.

If a sylla's bear has a mael/mjoll, and the lightning and the entangle both proc on the same attack, which is applied?

Nevermind, derp. As I suspected, I'm always in low skill T_T

The thread I posted this in doesn't get much traffic so I wanted to ask here if you think this is viable:

You have to lane quite aggressively for it to work, but I think it can, especially if you can get first blood. Remember to hit them with a normal attack before spinning.

last hitting, is there a way to get last hits and to prevent denies? I read somewhere that if you hit each creep once before you last hit, it will prevent the opponent from last hitting? Any truth to this
also are there other tips for last hitting, the biggest one i came across is attacking after the ranged creeps

thats definetly not true. i would suggest you to play a lot, really no big secret out there, there are tons of things about positioning, agrooing creeps, i doubt you can learn these without playing a lot.

Hey i am a big fan of multitasking-heavy heroes. in the close gorup we scrimed with i was the only one good with chen/meepo/enchantress and i was a sucker for necronomicon. my micro in these situations was really good for my standards so i played to my strong cards and picked such heroes as much as i could.
got into dota 2 3 days ago and have only played 3 games so far (dunno if it is the level, but games drag on much much longer than in wc3) but i randomed chen once and had a rexxar the other and i had no idea how to tab through selected units.
i checked the settings and nothing was really descriptive of what i was looking for.
i am not used to using control groups in dota, although i play a bit of sc2 so i use them all the time.(bad experience with dota1 when if something was resummoned control group would disappear)
so, how can i go back to using tab for cycling through selected units.
also how do control groups work exactly? if i have necrobook, will the control group reset once the demons disappear?

It works for me, anyhow. Did you bind Tab to anything else? I think it's the default setting. I'm not sure about your other question.

Your hotkeys won't go away if it dies, i use it a lot for beastmaster/warlock/necro units.

Its the "Control Group Tab" hotkey in options, under Unit Actions. Wierdly named, no wonder you couldn't find it.

Can you get battle point bonuses and strange modifiers from drops, or are they only purchasable/found in chests?

I definitely saw a battle point bonus drop once. A couple patches ago, but I guess it should still drop. never saw strange modifiers.

I believe so yes. Fissure will still obviously block you though.
