pressure your lane more, get more last hits, purchase better snowballing items (im a fan of super early phase boots on ench), snowball the earlygame harder, try to predict void/lion/omni's movements repeatedly to kill them, only go for AM/tinker if you have a lockdown behind you (lesh)

to be honest though this was a really good am/tinker game and the game seems super hard unlss they're both bad and get shut down. lesh needed a euls (blink) to catch the tinker with, i tink

Judging by items and levels, I would guess he was jungling and not offlane?

In which case if you're not offlane, maxing Untouchable by 7 isn't correct. Maxing Untouchable first is specifically for offlane Enchan because it maximizes your ability to pressure the land and deflect their ability to kill you. If you're in the jungle, you aren't going to be exposing yourself to that danger, so Untouchable ranks don't really serve a functional purpose. Nature's Attendants will be more impactful in relevant early-midgame scenarios when you're jungling.

void's a hard kill from the jungle so wraparound smoke ganks at like levels 2-4 on tinker before he gets bot i bet is pretty game winning

Alright thanks. I ganked top twice, timber got 2 double kills on bot (by himself) guess no-one really dealt with tinker early.

I never really think about low level smoke ganks, but i guess as enchant you have to on midlane atleast.

Is there any situation where it is worth actually protecting the safe lane carry in the current meta? I can see the use of a hero pulling and totally zoning the enemy off lane but if that zoning isn't possible isn't it better to just let them take the tower and focus on the other lanes in the mean time?

it probably means it doesnt count units in ethereal form, not that they dont take damage, although im not too sure. never bothered to check those minor details

It worked that way in DotA 1, as well as a couple spells like Tinker's Heat Seeking Missiles.

They made it work like a normal spell in DotA 2 and just never updated the tooltips.

aether lens increases the damage of the same abilities that you can lifesteal from with octarine core
which includes: OoV, Urn, Dagon, Orchid, EBlade, Radiance, Blademail, Shiva's, and Maelstrom/Mjollnir procs

I have not played for 3 months, can someone give me a quick rundown on whats the current meta and which heroes are strong on each role? I kind of feel nervous starting to play again since I feel like my game knowledge has become stale. (Currently I have 2829 hours on Dota 2)

3. Tide DS Void (Ench) NP (LD) BM
(LD and ench played from the offlane but LD is more like 2 with the farm he gets and ench is more like 4)
4. Enigma BH Doom(China) Phoenix
5. Venge Chen Bane Lion Oracle Omni

Probably missed a few but u get the idea, its all about who gets the OD/Invoker/Sven/Spectre with proper supports who keep them alive/make them monsters.

E: Earth Spirit, Clinkz, Puck, Tiny+IO, Weaver having some love too lately.
