this is just wrong, they can have s4 on a playmaker mid anytime they want. then you have rtz safelane, which he has abundant practice with

fdfh is still gonna think that the best farming core of west(arguably) will never be able to play safelane rofl he still can't see the difference that farming the safelane would mean an easy time(unless you face an aggro tri or you go aggro tri) while laning mid you actually have to compete for CS and risk getting ganked
yeah basically usually you just have to last hit at safelane, harass/kill the offlaner if the opportunity arises and learn when to push the creepwave and when no to .. which literally every pro knows how to

We could compare them to dominant alliance however the meta was stale at this time but they had a fair number of pocket strats and cleaner execution. Either they're hiding strats for lans or either they need to step up. All teams lost to them during DAC pool phase but were ready for the bracket stage.

whoa u mean teams that had played them before were better prepared when they played secret again?
secret lost to EG/VG, neither games were stomps in groupstages. VG game especially.

I feel like Puppey's drafts are showing up again, g1 vs Empire was pretty big outdraft which they thankfully salvaged in g2, but it feels like they are often 1 step behind the other team's drafts. Sometimes they pull through, sometimes they get stomped.

I don't know why people are up in arms, all online tournaments Secret have played lately have been on Euro servers with Arteezy having massive ping disadvantage and I am pretty sure he gets very upset playing in those conditions and doesn't play his best. At DAC no team really had a solution for Sniper and it shows many teams are still struggling with the drafts against Sniper, and its very hit or miss. Besides that Secret's playstyle was dominant and their loss was mostly due to bad plays.
Enigma + SF is such a dominant playstyle in pro dota right now and I think Puppey + Arteezy are to blame for this. Looking forward to the next lan and see what EG vs Secret will bring. They are both highly innovative.
