It seems there was some pretty serious drama leaked out of the hack from the previous Secret 2.0 post TI5. Someone had posted it over on reddit and 4chan. I'd rather not link it, seems unethical.

TLDR:

Kuro probably wanted to captain because he tought puppey wasn't putting in enough.
Everyone was feeling bad about this and sided with Puppey.
1437 or someone told it to Puppey and he feels betrayed (kinda rightfully).

The end.

Alltogether pretty useless whiteout really knowing what happened and what exactly was the dynamic.

it's more the fact that there are a shit ton of personal details. i.e. the engagement ring, alex garfield, and stuff like zai wanting to be back in EG/sacrificing himself.

People don't share this type of personal stuff

There is a pretty good thread in reddit analysing why EE being dogshit was not the reason secret lost that final game if anyone is interested.

That thread just catalogues how bad communication was in the team, which it was. The most frequent criticism of secret was that they had no communication and their movement was bizzare

None of it excuses EE's dogshit play.

That much was pretty obvious if you just look at what happened in the game and in the fights. Certainly EE didn't have a good TI (not that the team did either) and in that game he could have for example played multiple fights better and perhaps those would have contributed to Secret winning the game. But when the team is behind like 0-10 at 10 minutes something else went wrong too, and as far as I recall all the fights Secret lost outside their base had very little to do with EE but rather some other questionable moves. The team just didn't work so all players end up looking rather poor and do some weird panicky plays.

I don't put that particular game on like all EE but i think it was emblematic of his play throughout TI as just godawful

Like I think Envy was relaly bad at TI. I don't know what happened but he crumbled hard.

Puppey was incredibly below his standard as well
