Loda is a mixed bag right now. He is usually very good about not dying (one of the lowest death ratios among carries), but his farming rates are no where near that of say RTZ when given the same space. Additionally, there have been several games where he has been caught out late in the game which has led to losses.
I think Alliance's biggest immediate problem is Akke and Mad - neither of them a big-time impact support players. If you you look at a team like VP, Lil and fng do an insane amount of work in the early game both protecting cores and setting up ganks. Then as the game continues, regardless of farm, they both find ways to contribute to team fights. How many times in the last few games has one of Alliance's opponents kept a support in mid to keep Pajkatt down while Alliance left him alone without support. Finally, and its hard to notice, Alliance supports are often very stingy on buying wards. Teams like VP and NiP are usually good about having 2-4 wards up at all times while Alliance is usually lucky to have 1-2.

I agree. Ever since TI4 I've been thinking that the best thing for Alliance would be if Loda and Akke retired.
Bulldog could either stay on offlane or move to carry depending on the new additions to the team. But what I feel Alliance needs more than anything is an aggressive play making support player. Akke and Mad are way to passive and don't get much done.
S4 really carried them hard when he was still on the team
Just some thoughts

I wonder if their salary is dependent on their performance, or have they locked in a contract based on their former glory days.

I will be happy to get an answer why they didn't ban silencer, it was such an obvious counter to their lineup... Even noob players like me saw it, they were more scared of tuskar? What he well do, snowball in to black hole?Or in to Chronosphere? I really don't want to think that they prefer to earn money using online esports betting...

Hmmm Changes incoming again? Can't see that helping much

hurts to see them playing so badly, sigh. oh well

Well, i don't like to repeat everyone, but it is clear that Alliance doesn't have ingame leader and also Loda's decision making when they lose is really bad. First game he used bkb with 10% hp which lost them rax, second game he chronoed Mad which also lost them rax, although i don't understand what was Mad doing next to G when the clear call was to either chrono or rp G... I feel like whole team don't have motivation to stay together. Maybe the best option is to make team around Pajkatt, it seem like he is the best player on the team, but I'm afraid that Loda will once again stay on the team and i don't see that being a good thing for the future team. I don't hate on Loda, but he is not as good as he used to be, and some drastic changes to the team have to be made, it worked to old EG.

Loda and Akke need to leave Alliance for them to have a chance of being Tier 1 again... Maybe Mad should go too... Would be nice if Paikatt and Bulldog stuck around

I don't think they have to leave, they're the heart of the team... but for sure if they want to accomplish anything they have to work very fucking hard, because atm they're very bad compared to other top players...

loda is just meh, strong personality yet a bad ingame leader/drafter, just doesn't work with this mix of players

Is AB bulldogging Sheever now? :O

Have Alliance lost sponsors? Its seems that they only have Monster now... I might be wrong

Good interviews, thanks.
At least some light was shed upon why Loda is not farming as much as he used to, and well... he also said he tried to get more involved in fights early. So it seems it has to do with trying a different playstyle more than plainly sucking.
EDIT:

I find it a bit silly to say that the best thing for Alliance would be if Loda&Akke retired. Isn't Alliance an organization that was put together around Loda&Akke? Of course different people can play for Alliance at some point in the future, but at least from my perspective currently Alliance is Loda's and Akke's team. If Pajkatt for example wants to play without them, he is free to leave the team and go play with other players. If Loda&Akke want to play dota professionally, it will probably be under the Alliance banner until they both retire.
But as far as changes go, it's very hard to predict what is going to happen with different teams after TI. The impression I got from interviews is that at least in theory the team is staying together, but that doesn't really mean much if either one of the players gets asked to join some other team that seems more promising or some top tier player wants to join the core of Alliance. Like in theory it is possible that one or both of Secret and c9 blow up after TI, and suddenly players will be again scrambling to form a few new teams, possibly with some Alliance members involved.

Nah, Alliance is a multi-game organization. Originally created by EG, if I am not mistaken. If they don't feel like continuing, I'm sure Alliance have resources fore replacements.

They are now a multi-game organization, but they were originally only the dota team. It's not about whether they have the resources at all, just that at least from my perspective this is the team of Loda&Akke, and it will be so until they decide to stop playing or split up. And frankly if those two stop playing, I don't really understand why anyone would even care about Alliance. At that point it's then just another random team and all the previous wins mean nothing because none of those players are playing anymore.

When Alliance was announced it was only the Dota team + SC2 Naniwa.

Well, if people would stop caring about Alliance because anyone would retire than i guess every single Alliance fan is a lie.
Thats not how fans work, it will never be a random team or anything, they will be Alliance, because players dont make the organization, the organization stands on its own 2 feets.
