The pos 4 has often felt like it has 0 impact to me, which is a symptom of game plan more than anything else in my mind. Edit, The series against ML they played with EGM. Looked a bit better than yesterday. I don't know if we have been watching the same games. Loda has had almost no impact at all in any of the games the last week. Even as position 1 he has several times been on the lower half of the net worth list 20-30 minutes into the game. It has been working better today and yesterday when Micke has been getting more farm heavy heroes but they really need to get more out of Loda. They can't just rely on Micke to carry them every game.

But Loda is trash, he runs around without a plan, as captain this is not acceptable.

He doesn't practice, doesn't farm well, doe stupid stuff like dying solo to WD on gyro at 30 minutes (lol) It's time to move onto coach/non-playing captain role

The reason he didn't play the last few games was because they have restructured Alliance. They will no longer focus on Swedish/Nordic players, instead they will pick up the best available players. They have been trying new things with the team which is another reason he was not playing and that he might not return to the team. Loda wants the team to get a fresh start but he doesn't think that will happen for as long as an old Alliance member is still playing on the team. They will more than likely either replace one player(probably Loda), do no change or there is a small chance of replacing two players before TI. Thinks Micke will be the best mid in Europe next year. Said that the team will be tier 1 at this time next year, doing whatever changes necessary to reach that goal. Gives the team about 30% chance to get to TI this year.

And with Loda gone that's pretty much a guarantee don't think it's about Past Alliance members BTW, egm seems fine to me It is about Loda being burnt out/ lazy taking place as 1 without practicing and showing a terrible example to teammates

GL for the opens would love to see a run. Including qojqva and loda mentioning alliance looking to expand to a more international squad more aimed to be succesful could be exciting seeing the team compete possibly in future but we will see.
