I don't really think at all that he is "an amazing human being" but not sure what that has to do with "its never my fault" mentality necessarily. To me "its never my fault" seems like something that would be extremely detrimental to a dota team, and it seems clear that all his teammates hold him in very high regard. For example you don't hear many people talk about a teammate like Aui did in his most recent video. But outside of that I don't really have a strong opinion either way, he says and does some stupid stuff but without knowing the guy personally I don't really have a reason to like or dislike him. "Comments on twitter" doesn't seem to be a very good place to judge someone's character. | ||

Anyone who uses pejoratives like "little fat kid" or "autistic", does not really count as an intelligent or empathetic human being in my book. Plus he pulls the typical strawman that people pull out when criticizing someone. No one thinks Envy's a wonderful human being. He's a great carry and captain, probably one who will be in the scene for the foreseeable future, and has definitely left his mark on the scene. He has tremendous hardwork, dedication and drive towards DotA. Also he has balls of steel to be able to quit one of the top universities in Canada (and perhaps the world) to play DotA. But that doesn't make him a great human being. It just makes him a remarkable dota player and reflects his work ethic. | ||

The people who think it's really arrogant or incapable of accepting fault are just uninformed. He's one of the most self-critical pros on the scene. Yes, he criticises others a bunch, but that's just because he has high standards for himself and everyone else. | ||

Sorry EE :| Yea his pubs definitely aren't that fun to watch at times, but pubs != c9. In a pub setting he seems fairly emotional like a lot of dota players, and may get annoyed by stuff, at times even without reason like in your case it seems. And compared to some other people he seems to try to get his teammates to do what he thinks is good, which in pubs seems to lead to a whole lot of disappointment. | ||

those changes that actually happened ... Duno , some of the stuff makes no sense for me... Obviously there are internal discussions and stuff , but to replace PLD and Aui2cutie with Notail and misery ... thats just a bad trade imo . Aint gona get into the other roster changes , there is thread for that ... but i dont see things going to well for neither of the affected | ||
