You're not going to kill them with Firefly on 0 stacks anyway--you're still going to be throwing out Napalm just the same. If you're stacking Napalm either way, you'd rather them be getting Wand charges for strong Napalm stacks than for weak ones.

The math also agrees with maxing Napalm first.
Note: ignoring napalm-based damage gain from physical attacks
Napalm: 10/15/20/25
Firefly: 20/40/60/80
Level 7: max Napalm (4/1/1/1) or Firefly (1/1/4/1)
Napalm Stacks = x
Max Napalm DPS: 25x + 20
Max Firefly DPS: 10x + 80
25x + 20 = 10x + 80 15x = 60 x = 4
Just through comparing Firefly damage with additive Napalm stacks we see that at level 7, maxed Napalm yields higher DPS than maxing Firefly. This doesn't even take into account bonus damage granted through physical hits or Flamebreak, which only tip the scales further in favor of maxing Napalm first.

u don't do 4111 or 1141 u do 4021 or 2041 napalm is preferred cus it makes them walk slower firefly is cool too but it doesn't make them walk slower

for the sake of completeness 25x + 40 = 15x + 80 10x = 40 x = 4 stacks still

i dont always max napalm first, depending on how much you can get away with jungle pulling

Does this mean that Sticky Napalm damage is added to Orb of Venom procs?

orb of venom + napalm doesn't work in dota 1 was bugged and did work in dota 2 but was fixed a while back

Every damage instace that deals more than 36(radiance dmg after reduction) will get amplified. You could even buy a veil of discord, and cast it on the enemy, than radiance will get amplified

well pretty sure radiance instance isn't a single instance of 40 a second so it still won't proc napalm proc'd off radiance when batrider first came out and it was one of the most hilarious things ever
