We've capped the open beta concurrency until we can resolve some stability and service issues, and until it's resolved you will likely see an Error 37 when attempting to log in. Error 12 - This is an error we're still investigating but you can workaround it by simply changing your Battle.net account password to force your account information to refresh. Once changed you can change it back. Error 3003 - Click Options, under Account change your region to The Americas. The open beta is only being held on US hardware. Error 315300 - If you're sure you're typing your correct account information, check to ensure no additional spaces were added before or after your email address. If that doesn't work try a completely wrong account name and wrong password, error, and then again try your correct Battle.net account email and password. Error 24000 - Once logged in you may run into this error when attempting to start a game. We're aware and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Gray login button - You need to use your Battle.net email address as your account name. Your BattleTag is a nickname, not your account name. Updating Setup Files - If you're stuck on "Updating Setup Files" try these troubleshooting steps. Crashes - For any crashes please visit the Technical Support forum

Just don't worry about it, you can play something else or watch Sc2 ![]() The point is to fix this shit so when the game is live people can play. It kinda blew my mind all the people who thought this was a way to build hype and just be a demo.

It kinda blew my mind that we are less than a month away from full release and the client is still plagued by issues of this scale.

I also don't remember people saying "stress test" before the servers started going down. Before that it was an "open beta".

The only reason to ever hold an Open Beta for a game like this is to stress the capacity on their servers. There is nothing left to test for D3 EXCEPT mimicking a launch day environment which this Open Beta weekend is about as close as you can get.

Errr, it was in every announcement they made on every server. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/blog/4105609/Diablo_III_Open_Beta_Weekend_-20_04_2012 That for instance. The phrase "stress test" is used 13 times in that article, including in the first paragraph! Why else would they have a weekend of open beta? Were you expecting a 2 day demo?

We're pleased to announce the Diablo III open beta weekend, which offers open access to all players with a valid Battle.net account! Beginning this Friday everyone is invited to log in and help us put the game and servers through their paces in this three day stress test as we march toward the game's release on May 15. You can begin downloading the Diablo III client right now! http://us.battle.net/d3/en/blog/4963739/Diablo®_III_Open_Beta_Weekend-4_19_2012#blog Blizzard did warn that this open beta was a stress test! So I do not feel any guilt of spamming their log in server every 30 seconds. :p

I thought I was dissapointed in how people are acting, but then i remembered the majority of players aren't actually rational, intelligent people. Par for the course i guess. Beat beta with monk, hope i have time to try DH and WD so i get a feel for melee/ranged/wierd. ![]()
