Kelly + tasteless Kelly + artosis tasteless + artosis and so on and so on or will it be kelly tasteless + artosis either way as long as they put tastosis casting the teamliquid games then, i am so buying my gsl ticket :D The way I read it was 50% Kelly and Artosis 50% Kelly and Tasteless and Code S 100% Tasteosis.

Tried being the operative word. I tapped out about 30 seconds in because I couldn't stand Kelly's accent (never mind that it was, as the wise Selith stated, essentially Singlish). If you're broadcasting to an English-speaking audience you should hire someone who speaks fully comprehensible English. I don't want to be rude about it, but that's a major component of watching tournaments and can completely ruin the entire experience. I'm okay with a lot of the European casters because, despite their (often deep) accents, you can actually tell what they're saying.

Not that torch is bad, but its just their both so unexperienced However pairing her with the Greats Tasteless and Arotosis should be decent, and takes some strain off of Tasteosis voice.

I will cry if Tastosis does not cast HuK and Haypro's games.

I can't understand her, so why would I pay for the subscription???? I'm sorry GOM, but as a person whose subscribed for all GSL's making half the content value plummet would result in my subscription be dropped. I've emailed my feedback as well. I speak english and if your going to cast in English expect to understand the person. I'm not saying the girl is bad or evil or a terrible person. I'm simply stating by her work available on the internet, her accent is too heavy/thick to make subscribing worth while. Also Idra has left. My question is why not have Torch cast GSL Code A? Players often provide more depth and better input than caster have. Some of the best casting was done by Idra during his fill in slot.

Do you think that casting GSL Code A will magically change the way she talks? Yes, actually. Singaporeans can choose to speak in Singlish or more of standard English. Those that did have proper English education anyway. It's not a "built-in accent that cannot be changed" thing.

Well at least now we won't have to listen to their constant negativity about bad matches or players. This might be good news my thoughts exactly also I was hoping for noob friendly caster (when tastosis is noob friend they explain magic box... it's not a bad thing but I think sc needs someone who could reach noobier people) I for one can't wait to hear new duos in action

Thank you: this was exactly what I was trying to get across. Not only would it be bad in general, but having it for something that you pay for is even worse.

People expressing their opinion is fine but we don't really need 10 pages of "OMG KELLY SUCKS I"LL NEVER WATCH!!!" isn't helpful.

I've plenty of Malaysian friends who sound Aussie until you put them with other Malaysians and they just revert to Manglish. Singaporeans are the same imo.

We'll see, chemistry takes time to develop, if she does indeed become a permanent fixture of Code A casting, I'll make my judgement for April GSL's Code A games.

Personally I have heard 2 of her casts, and were not impressed. Definitely feel Torch would have been a better choice, but there are probably practical considerations getting in the way of him also commentating code a. Hopefully putting her on the spot will help her improve her casting (the observer improved at an insane pace for instance). Hoping this turns out better than I expect, but I'm a bit vary. No matter what I wish her luck in casting the games, and hopes it works out for her.
