easiest way to win is to probably create a bunch of farm accounts that produce a lot of gold, and then just attack your farm accounts a lot

And I'm definitely going farm/vests next round. After getting jumped a couple of times with a low vest count, I'm set back quite a few tokens worth.

Im also definitely going farming and vest hugging next round... Btw, someone should immediately start a thread/cartel once the server resets so that we can start immediately.
Im also thinking that pure junkie farming alone won't get you to the top fast. I think farmers should also jump once in a while, milking other farmers who neglect vests....

I m no expert but I am quite sure farming AND jumping does not work
you want all your money into vest to be save against enemy jumpers
(constantly loosing to jumpers will hurt you quite hard)
and therefore you will have no weapons to attack anybody, except ppl with about 25% of your worth or sth like this, but this won't pay off
I think have about 400.000 vests atm, but only 15.000 weapons
I suppose I wouldn't be able to jump anybody out of TL1 cartell
btw: anybody knows where I can see more than top 5 cartells?

I just jumped a guy 5 or 6 times and it says,
"You cannot jump this player any more because he is now dead. This action will be reviewed by the moderators and your account most likely banned from Dope Wars."

What I meant was you just get some decent number of guns to supplement your vests (instead of none at all), say have 10-15% guns and the rest, 85-90%, go into vests. This way you can still "milk" the people at the lower end of your worth bracket. The trick is to find the right people to jump. I mean in my current worth bracket I still find those that I am able to jump quite profitably (1.3 mil or 10+ junkies) without having too many guns. I currently have around 50K guns and ~200K vests (2:8 ratio).
Farming would still be your primary source of net worth while the "jumping" would just to shoo away the boredom when it kicks in. I mean there will come a time when the same routine (junkies... lab.. shakes... credits... junkies... lab.. shakes etc) would bore even the best and determined players. Jumping just makes the game more fun.
Of course, finding that elusive "Balance" is still the key to wiining.. which makes the game much much more fun (just like starcraft)
edit: I dont think there is a scoreboard for the top 6+ cartels. Although they post the complete scores at the end of each round.
