If there are EU/LATAM proleagues, they would have to be managed separately by orgs in their regions. Those events wouldn't be a part of our league, but every now and then we could battle across regions.
Getting folks to all show up and play, chat together for hours consistently is no easy task and really just requires community engagement.
Edit: I thought I heard from Terror someone was starting up an SA Proleague. Don't know the details or if it's a similar format though.

gypsy continues with the rampage, going 5-0 and completing the all-kill and a $232 prize for his team. He holds an impressive 7-1 record against
cRoSs, who has also bumped up into the top 3, knocking
StRyKeR out of the top 3 for the first time.
BoA showing signs of struggle, especially playing strong Zergs and hasn't faced a single Terran since Major Proleague 3, and falls to #6 behind
Hawk.
JY has had relatively weak performances as of late, and also falls behind
SuGo at #7 with the head-to-head loss.
