Yup a hangbang is an all-in. Intended on winning the game in one shot without a real backup plan, sortof. And ee han timing means "this one timing". Korean casters shout it when an attack is being made during the only 'timing window' it could have ever worked during the game. (It has also become somewhat of a catchphrase on tl). Its a very precise attack that requires great sense of timing.

Hahah. So apparently I look like gorush! I used a picture of myself as a basis but changed around a bit of face composition to make it look better together with the rest. I know it looks creepy!
