Very interesting project. I am an old player (been around since 98), have a good grasp of the flow of the game but am low apm (60). This bot is perfect for me. I do not fit in newbies games (except the newbie bashing one) and get crushed by 200 apm 2v2 team. So I am the perfect exemple of the E player you want in your team, and I applaude the balance feature. I want once again to thank D3AD-R3TARD for the work, and I know you said, on page 3, or so that you do not need help, but if a patreon or something like that would help to pay for the bot to be online, I am in. Even for one more bot, sometimes during rush hours, it could be useful. | ||

I guess you mean something like LoL league points. I thought about implementing that, as that might motivate high MMR players to play more, but I haven't decided yet. Today we had a bigger / longer BGH match with the bot and I figured out that Valks were unable to fire. Are the Bot games not started with the setting to prevent this? This was quite unfortunate to see 8 Valks sitting mid air and just looking at Guardians or one Valk firing just one projectile instead of a volley. Had not seen that before :-/ Can you have a look at this? It was a game from EU4 bot at about 16:10 CET. Thank you! EDIT: just confirmed it says unit limit "original" :-/ | ||

EDIT: just confirmed it says unit limit "original" :-/ That’s normal; it’s too many sprites, plus you had 6 players in game=1200 units instead of 400, so it fires even less; Yeah that’s also why people rarely use more than 1 or 2 valks or a group max; part of the balance of the game, with all its bugs and tips and tricks | ||

 Valkyrie -> However, when playing SC:Remastered and the Unit Limit is set to Extended, the cap is set sufficiently high such that this will rarely (if ever) be a problem and the Valkyrie will fire reliably. So again, could you have your bots games set to "extended" rather then original? | ||

I have to report an allykill in this game: 3x3 Big Game Hunters match played on 2021-12-29 22:35 Minute 10:59: MotleyCrue killed my drones that I sent to his base. Minute 13:15: After that he also killed my emergency pylon that I built in his base and my last drone. | ||

Making new nickname is not possible since achieving 20+ wins took me around 2 months because of being in many set-for-loose teams in casual BGH games and only occasional play. Now it is 50+ wins threshold, so it would mean I'd have to stop playing BW for good, which in itself wouldn't be that bad, considering the amount of books I have yet to read, but it would be nice to have the possibility to have some oldskool fun from time to time. ^^ | ||

If you do dumb stuff in others bases that isnt teamkill but rather defending himself from your selfish plans. Why even build a pylon (with drone, lul) in someone elses base if youre dead? This is mmr as a team not individual deaths. | ||

First of all: if i had a pylon, i could have watched the game to the end. second:I only wanted to build one pylon to survive. I had enough money left, to build a new nexus on a new position on the map, but not at this moment. I was in his base with 3!!! probes. I would not have stolen any minerals. I would have build in antother choke. But own base was destroyd, so I needed a pylon somewhere to survive till i can build new. Third: you say, it´s a teamgame? OK. Ever played with MotleyCrew? No? Ok.. What he is doing is not teamplay. He does not scout. never. he does not help. never. he does not attack in team. never. so stop teaching me about teamplay. I´d never dumb stuff in allied bases. I had 4 probes. I sended 3 of them to his minerals. I had no nexus. Funny thing, that you, if you were not on this game, think, i wanted to do some dumb stuff. And by the way: who ask YOU to commend my threat? | ||
