Hey guys it's Dark Matter and rand0MPrecisi0n. We're proud to present the FPVOD Catalog Project!
What is the FPVOD Catalog Project? - An organized spreadsheet of FPVOD games with video timestamps, builds, notes and more. - Around 600 games from Flash, Effort and Bisu and their professional and amateur opponents. - New and advanced learners can have additional sources of reference. - I'm paying out of pocket to have these cataloged by rand0MPrecisi0n
rand0MPrecisi0n made a video explaining the catalog and how to use filters:
Without further ado, the catalog! Click, view, enjoy!
Cool stuff, I would make sure you get permission from the featured players since you're using footage from their personal streams before collecting donations.

The donations is for the catalog service not to watch the streams
Yeah donations would be for the labor of cataloging all of this (it's a lot of work). For now it's just me putting $$ down so there's no issue. It's public information that we're just making more easily accessible, it's like adding a game index to the vods.

I love this idea. In fact, it is exactly like something I thought might be useful back when I was doing build order write ups for all things terran. Unfortunately most people said I was crazy and stupid for thinking this was a good idea... and I dropped it. I'd LOVE to help with this. Please take a look at this "proof of concept" side I made to try and show some principles with my version of indexing games/vods. In the match up list, the TvP is probably most complete. At the time I was struggling with TvP and put more time into learning that MU than others. A lot of the design choices about the Google Forms were made with very specific things in mind, and could be changed or debated if anyone wants to try something similar. Basically I wanted to crowd source what your'e doing for sc2. Well... I got SCR and I'm so thrilled I wasn't the only person to think that indexing games was a good idea. Very happy I found this thread. Let me know if you want to collaborate in anyway (no offense will be taken if not).
