2016 its being so exciting! Bisu, Flash (and maybe Jaedong soon) streaming all days, new tournaments, more people playing, more tools being developed, and the old fellas of tl.net writing again, im so happy to read comments of Konadora, Stylish, BisuDagger, 2pacalypse, GGzerg, etc... they and MANY more are contributed to our community A LOT, and now we are all together feeling optimist about SCBW future. I think we need to think about new ways to made SCBW popular and massive again, we have the tempo and the best social and media tools for invigorate our community and our beloved game.
Please, make Shield Battery operative as soon as possible guys, we need it!

I wish I can contribute in the development phase as a developer not tester. God I hate testers...

There are around 50 people who already have access. But seriously, the server is active development and we'll keep increasing that number as we fix and implement things that are necessary for larger numbers. So we just ask to be a little bit patient; we were working on this server for the past three and a half years, we have no plans to stop now. Which all are TL staff No

Harem is correct, there are many current players who are not TL staff.

The goal of the closed beta is to test things in a more controlled fashion. Until we're certain that failures are incredibly rare, we want to ensure we can have a close relationship and tight feedback loop with all of our testers. We also want people that won't run away from the site and never come back if they encounter a bug
So, once we feel pretty good about the state of things and feel like we don't need that tight feedback loop any more, we'll open things up to anyone who wants to sign up. I would estimate this is in the range of ~months, but I'm not promising any particular dates. This is, after all, a side project for me; I have a full time job that has to come first.

no pressure, but I think it should be open beta when they think its ready. Better an almost finished product than a shit product

If anyone should be given closed beta access, not to brag but I think we all know Telecom deserves that access... =(

We have enough manpower in that regard for what we want to do, but of course having more people helping would always be beneficial. However, the problem is finding people with necessary expertise and enough free time who can help. But in any case, the whole project will be open sourced once we go into an open beta, so anyone will be able to help with what they can.
Please do. So bored right now, would be nice to code some nice-to-have-but-completely-useless-low-priority-features.
