because they do not use their feets they 'fly' over the mines.

but how can a scv be on the ground and repair a flying unit if he has zero range?

And the same thing goes with how SCVs are able to be healed as well as repaired o.O Maybe that's where the whole "TRUE MELEE" thing comes into play, interesting really. And yeah, fuck Bunkers that can move : P
