on an unrelated note, anyone ever notice just how quickly marines die when the bunkers get destroyed? they have 160 hps between the 4 of them but usually they're gone in less than a second

Hahah that's because when stuffs are killing the bunker there are normally 3/4 scvs trying desperately to repair it. So the damage/second has to match the scv's repair/second. Which is pretty insane.
Once you reached the critical damage the bunker will be broken and since scvs no longer heals the marine all the marines will be exposed to extreme dmg and therefore they pop like bugs.

I agree that SCV cant repair bunker while being inside, but by all mean medics should be able to heal simply because its automatic anyway. As for marines with stimpack, because you have to give order and you cant give order to units inside bunkers. But medics auto heal anyway, so they should be able to heal the units inside bunkers.

of course someone could exploit this and have like 1 medic inside bunker and keeps switching unit in and out and micro them so that the bunker lasts longer and kill more enemies.

i want bunkers that can be repaired from the inside by scvs, and also bunkers with a liftoff feature, that would be cool.

i'd probably play terran a lot more.

ok what about in TEAM MELEE if you have two races why can't you fit a hydralisk into your own bunker

or in 2v2 why can't you put your rines into your friend's bunker

why can't bunkers move like siege tanks? it would be awesome if bunkers can move while carrying marines inside :D

rofl the floating bunker thing made me laugh.

The repair air units but can't attack them is actually a good argument. You should have to make them land first!

command centers need turret placement on them. What kinda command center that cant even defend it self. At least give it a small machine gun on top that has 10 cool down and 2 damage or something.

They float just above the SCV when repairing and move away when it tries to attack them obviously.

In the bunkers they have no space to move at all, just look how tiny the bunker is, he's like half the marine height, they probably have troubles shooting and you want them to stim? They defend your base, do suicide drop attacks and you want to make life even harder for them... wtf are you? They have rights, too, you know! Don't abuse the marines!
