this app is so awsome, they should put a option somewhere when you you hold a finger at X place it will give you rightclick instead of left.
Don't think it'd work, as it would make left clicking slow.

I think more people will watch replays rather than play the actual game.

there is a program that uses voice commands in BW, I don't remember what it was called but I saw some threads about it a longer while ago.

I think, since touchscreen will be the preferred device in years to come, it is a nice way to promote BW after all. I also like the idea of subway wLAN party

Seems like a much better solution than playing SC64 on an emulator on my Android. I can't even play 2 minutes of that stuff.

You can NOT play bw on N64 rofl

This is really great, It will be really really cool if you can watch replays here aswell, btw on another topic I just found out that you can run FiSH Server on Android which is really cool too.

Also as far as I understood, he didnt make BW for Android but a Windows Emulator for Android and just running Broodwar on the Emulator. Thus Blizzard cannot do anything about it.

The game featured all of the missions from both StarCraft and the expansion Brood War, as well as some exclusive missions, such as two different tutorials and a new secret mission, Resurrection IV.[65] Resurrection IV is set after the conclusion of Brood War, and follows Jim Raynor embarking on a mission to rescue the Brood War character Alexei Stukov, a vice admiral from Earth who has been captured by the Zerg. The Brood War missions required the use of a Nintendo 64 memory Expansion Pak to run.[66] In addition, StarCraft 64 features a split screen cooperative mode, also requiring the expansion pak, allowing two players to control one force in-game.[67] StarCraft 64 was not as popular as the PC version, and lacked the online multiplayer capabilities and speech in mission briefings. In addition, cut scenes were shortened.[65] Despite this, the game maintained positive reviews. Blizzard Entertainment had previously considered a PlayStation port of the game, but it was decided that the game would instead be released on the Nintendo 64.[68]"

Considering you can plug a mouse and keyboard into Android tablets often (you can on my one at least, although I had to use a USB hub to get both in at the same time) I could totally see gaming on the go, so you can get some practice in while you're on the airplane and such.

Sure, it's technically possible to play BW on a N64, but it's not exactly possible to play it. Like, it's so bad you want to kill yourself after 10 minutes.

From the description this would seem very similar to running BW through WINE on Linux (except would generally be more complex as it can also run on a different processor architecture)

You just made me vomit, Arnstein.

I enjoyed SC1 on the N64... Split screen 1v1 on an N64 controller is hilariously fun.
