I fast-forwarded through the one album by them I have (From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness) and didn't find it. I will be really sad if I find out that it is actually from one of their songs and the other four minutes of the song is boring shitty vocals and emo crap

Avantasia has lots of guests artist, so you could check which ones are playing the guitar in this song (wiki probably says) and check them out. : )
