for those who dont know i have psychiatric disorders

im a(used to be) quite sad person with obsessive thinking and terrible parental pressure over me.
so this is how i deal with it:
*i practice swimming
*I go to gym
*im eating more healthy food, and worried about gaining weigh ( im thin )
*Im saving my OWN money to buy a Fender American Stratocaster(but im a les paul player =) those gibson customs are so freaking expensive, specially the jimmy page ones)
*Now i always smile and touch ppl, and talk to them. even if im not in a good mood inside. And i inspire ppl to do their things and i got some good jokes, and i do crazy things to make ppl laugh and feel better. i have nothing left to lose.
* i left games, yaeh, now i only have 4 icons in my desktop, SFIV the only one i play but just casually with girls, METAL GEAR SOLID 2 cause im bonded to that game severelly, COD4 cause i had good moments with my best friends playing that game, and starcraft, cause its in my blood

Im happy? heck who the hell is trully happy in life?
So now i think my lil 10 yrs old brother can mirror me, or at least get some good inspiration.
if u are suffering from drugs, depression, ODC, obesity, loss streak on iccup, u cant play that john petrucci song in guitar, or if ur boner is small.
do something, not that it will cure ur problems, ur gonna die anyway, just try and make things a lil better.

Thx, I´ll try this too, been battling with anxiety for years.
I´m currently just trying to force myself to care about things and to find some motivation but it´s weird how I feel like running low on energy all the time, can be such a weird feeling once in a while.
But Mr. Kim you are right, people never are really "happy", it´s an illusion. You can have happy moments, but happiness is impossible...
