im also curious about the iccup/west switch myself.
many thanks to KaalVeiten (is this guy a bw player?) , Game, and all the rest :D
any info about how the prizepool is broken down into 1st/2nd/ etc?
iCCup does not want a part in the tournament, therefore it will be on USWest like TSL2. I will be editing the prize breakdown in shortly.

If you plan on laddering to qualify for the group stages, make sure you have a BW CDKey so that you can play on USWest, that you are willing to go out and buy the CD, OR that you are able to acquire one through whatever means you have.
If any player is able to qualify for the group stages but absolutely cannot afford a BW CDKey for whatever reason, send me a PM here on TL and I will provide you with one. However, you better have a damn good reason for why you can't pay $10 for a key

I hope your tournament model is sustainable such that these can keep happening - right now it's probably the biggest thing in foreign BW Thanks for running this, I am excited

Cool stuff.
BW stuff is always worth checking out, and foreigner tournaments are no exception. Definitely gonna be watching this once it starts to get rolling.

This is awesome! It's times like these I wish I weren't so terrible.

Can't wait for this to get started.

Just to notify everyone, #L2/#LL with the plug-ins have different latency than iccup launcher, so you should make sure you practice on west if you qualify instead of on iccup.

if you have a really good connection to your opponent you can use #L1 which is basically single player, so even on extra high it would still be good.

SO just wondering how the ladder works then. How do you find out who is higher on ladder.

Just get the top xx people, with few people for replacements (just in case for cheating/other stuff), voila.
