Fish / West are the same however, the reactions from iccup latency to #L2/#LL are different. I find that there is a different delay on fish than iccup. Just make sure you practice a lot on the other servers if you qualify was all I was mentioning for maximum micro effectiveness.

I think ISL1 was $1,000.
Could be wrong, but I THINK it was less than $1,500.

the ISL started with $700 and got a raise to $1000 inbetween.
This is the biggest prize pool in quite some time (at least a year I believe) for a tournament.

nOoNe and JoeKim ran everything with me last time. nOoNe is the ex head admin of iCCup before the recent chaotic massive staff changes and is extremely knowledgeable and reliable, as well as someone with my trust. JoeKim is an ex super admin of iCCup and long time standing member of the community who also maintains an impressive amount of knowledge, reliability, and ability to maintain order. As JoeKim isn't listed as a referee, his abundance isn't pertinent at this time. However, people with the ability to referee such a mass of people given the time they will have invested, applicable knowledge required, and necessity of a constant level-headed state are very few. Secondly, I don't understand how the referees being from LRM maintain any relativity to this starleague. Open to suggestion, however

ALSO, I hope Game makes this mandatory:
People in top 16/32 have to submit a full photo of themselves, preferably with a single color background. If not, then I'll have to ask someone else to edit the photo so that I can get the people's cropped out photos.
It's for intro/hype/video reasons.
