And then Slush busts out an awesome build that counters HARD ret's mass ling bane. Sick game, really caught Ret off-guard. Hate to see Ret out of the tournament though, he had a pretty good run and showed some great games.

Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum. Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service. Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Shouldn't the player with the best overall record in the tournament always have the advantage? Even if he played the guy that came from the loser's bracket, that beat him, but lost more seriers than him before metting him again in the finals. That is, for me, the worst possible scenario that can only be possible with extended series in group play, I just can't understand coming from the Winner's Bracket and starting the finals FAR behind.

A much better way of doing this is considering best of threes. So in the Thor v MC, MC won the first best of three, Thorzain the second best of three, so have a third best of three to decide the series. Giving the earlier winner a 2-0 lead in a best of 4 is not proper. The losing player must win 4/5? This is way way too much of an edge. It does handicap 1 player to such an extent that overcoming that is very very low percentage, maybe 5%. This is no way to conduct a tournament. How many games the losing player must win to take 2 Bo3? ^^

I've seen Moon outplay Idra in a ZvZ NASL match up. No you haven't. That was Sen. I don't think sen palys nasl, and zenio took out idrA in a zvz.

I was just stating that it is more fair that way? Oh ok. Also "focus on what games are going on now" actually I am aloud to post about games that just happened... it's called post game discussion. Get off your high horse. I was simply explaining the situation to someone else actually. Look who I quoted. I didn't go out of my way to bitch about it, I was just describing the other option. (Most of this post was directed at the quote before the one I quoted.) QFT Chicane. I don't understand why someone would just come in and say "hey, there's a whole conversation of 'what ifs' ... that's wrong". Like comeon, hypotheticals are worth wondering about and if you don't want to that's fine but don't get angry at people for it.
