+ Show Spoiler + I really don't like mike, but apparently he cooks amazing food, back to back victories =/ I really really really hope richie wins this things so he can open his new restaurant and so I can eat there... one reason I really like blais is because of his cooking philosophy: "Hopefully, molecular gastronomy is an extension of great simple ingredients, not a replacement for them." Too many chefs just go hardcore molecular gastronomy; I'm all for it, but when you have 20 courses of frozen foams, you just want some real food. | ||
