Because it sounds like you're demanding subs, which is rude. The subbing team is giving up a lot of their time to provide us with this free service. Just be thankful that this show is getting subbed at all.

Actually typically the op is updated a bit after the episode is released. usually the sub team posts the link for dl in the thread.

Hopefully, unlike last season, we'll be able to set ourselves a rough deadline of releasing the subtitles no later than a fortnight or so after the original episode airs.
