This has sadly made me turn off the interviews, even though i genuinely wanted to hear what the person interviewed had to say. I hope you don't take this in a bad way, but as constructive critizism. Try asking shorter questions without spending so much time explaining why you're asking - If you ask the right questions, the interviewed person will accomplish that. | ||
