Anyway, looking forward to this gsl!
I know Artosis rips on SanZenith pretty hard, but what you said is so 100% true.
Hoping so much that Huk and Ret make it to Code S!
"...there are a few jobbers in GSL, I don't wanna name names SanZenith, but there are some jobbers in GSL." :-D

I just hope HuK won't get overwhelmed by nerves. If he doesn't, he should be fine. (and with fine I mean top 8 the least)
|
Anyone know when the Code A matches start?
|
I am so pumped for this! I hope our guys do well in code A and code S.

I don't get to see NEXLiveForever play in Code S? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....
At least I got to see the fun and excitement of his up and down matches, lol.
So why is it that PoltPrime gets to have his spot? Did it have to be another terran? I would have rather seen another race in there... or at least another more exciting player to watch than Polt, like Leenock or Loner. Could be that Polt has the most tourney wins under his belt... he seems pretty inconsistent, he's usually 2nd-rate but then one day he wakes up and can take out Boxer and other top players.

They did a small 8 player tournament where they decided who gets the spot. PoltPrime won it.

You don't go make shit up and guess right 98% of it :D.
- Anyway, about Zenith+NEX+ZeNeX I'm not sure about that. - NewDawn had no tag and I didn't know he was "YuGiOh" (why do they keep changing their nicks?).

Zenex is participating in the upcoming GSTL as one team so I think its safe to assume that they will still be counted as one team in upcoming events.
And Genius stated in an interview after one of his games in I think season 2(might have been season 3) that he left the NEX team, so NSP and NEX is not the same.

YuGiOh changed names after joining the Slayers team. Dunno why the OP still had NewDawn, not even with the clan-tag at that.
So Genius is still in ZeNex, huh. Must've missed that.
But GOM definetly counts ZeNex as one team, even a look into the liquibets can tell you as much.

i am gonna go with huk to win code A. I think zergs are gonna do way better on new maps though. they seem like they favor idra badly.

did first seeds get to pick their opponents last season ? or no. i did not think they were allowed to. but i think picking is fairer. i wonder how idra picks.

Amusing statements from people who don't know things
Zenex is one team, Zenith and NEX merged in like GSL1
Genius is NOT in ZeNex. he is only in a clan now, not a team
Edit: people here are way to defensive, so just incase: I wasn't targetting that statement at you, but the people supplying the information

It will be interesting to see who the 8 seeds will pick. I'd guess that sanZenith will be the most desired first opponent. Other protosses like HongUn and Anypro will probably be picked rather fast, too. Form there on it will boil down to the personal preferences of the seeds as most other players are pretty even. On a side note, I'd love to see Jinro pick Check just to get his revenge for last season's loss

Guineapig lost 0-2 in the first round of GSL January and did not qualify for the upcoming season.

Idra will pick Check, 100% sure about this one. Wonder who will be playing vs Jinro and MK. Feel pity for the fool that will face MvP (unless MvP trolls everyone and request MC).

I want to see Guineapig make it back into Code A and then make it into Code S so him and Artosis can have their tearful reunion.
