Representation per team for next GSL
Its early so might be some errors in counting, lol.
Team - #Players - (code A / S) - [awarded] oGs 11 (A3 S8) [awarded GSTL points 15.8] Prime 7 (A2 S5) [awarded GSTL points 10] TSL 7 (A4 S3) [awarded GSTL points 8.8] ST 7 (A5 S2) [awarded GSTL points 8.2] IM 5 (A3 S2) [awarded GSTL points 6.2] fOu 4 (A1 S3) [awarded GSTL points 5.8] Liquid 4 (A3 S1) [awarded GSTL points 4.6] Zenith 3 (A1 S2) [awarded GSTL points 4.2] SlayerS 3 (A2 S1) [awarded GSTL points 3.6] FOX 2 (A1 S1) [awarded GSTL points 2.6] NEX/NSP 2 (A1 S1) [awarded GSTL points 2.6] ZeNeX 2 (A1 S1) [awarded GSTL points 2.6] EG 1 (A0 S1) [awarded GSTL points 1.6] FXO 1 (A1 S0) [awarded GSTL points 1]
8 participating team selection method (for GSTL): Award points to the players participating in GSL of each month and select top 8 teams with most points. Code S Player=1.6 points awarded / Code A Player=1 point awarded
Anyone know if the GSTL points reset after every GSL (lol the optimist) :D? I think in favor of seeing the strongest teams every GSTL, points reset are needed. Gathered points in previous GSL seasons are like.... well, history.

The fact that sanzenith is code s and huk isn't is blasphemy
Anyway, looking forward to this gsl!

If someone could link me to or send me a version of the GSL coverage logo only, I would work on a new banner with MVP in it, or maybe something completly different, in case that's wanted.

@Shinobi1982
Why isn't Liquid in this month's GSTL if they are in the top 8 for points?

LOL. Awesome. Man it sucks though... There are so many good players in Code A/ Code S now, it's kind of hard to root for just one, and it makes it even harder to see players I really like get matched up early on D: Hope all of the Code A games are as good as the ones in the Finals. Looking forward to see how well all the new Qualified/ Seeded Players will do ^^
|
i really hope the foreigners do well in next GSL. 1-2 players more in Code S and another deep run bei Jinro and IdrA would just be epic
|
Yeah I hope that the GSL can keep a consistent foreign player base in Code A and Code S.

Looks nice, im waiting :D

Even though TL is in the top 8, they still cant compete since they need a minimum of 8 players. And TL has only got 4 players there.

Ok heres my prediction of how it will go for the foreigners.
Code A: HuK: I think he will be able to stay in code A even though it will be tough for him, he will maybe advance to the ro8 if he is lucky. Ret: This is quite hard to tell. I think he might have a chance to stay in Code A but its 50/50 chance for him to drop out of Code A aswell. Haypro: I think it will go the best for Haypro out of the Liquid guys. He will definitely be able to stay in the Code A but I dont think he has what it takes to get to Code S. MoonGlade: I believe this guy will be the best one of the foreigners in Code A. Has a nice chance of getting into Code S aswell. Loner: He will stay in Code A with no problem at all and might have a chance to get to Code S. Think he will get to the ro8/ro4.
Code S: IdrA: He will have about the same record as he had the last GSL. A solid performance and be reach the ro8. Jinro: Jinro will also be able to stay in code S but this time I think he will reach ro16/ro8 at max.
And lastly. Foreigners Fighting!!

Did you just make that up?
Because I'm fairly certain Zenith, NEX and ZeNex are only counted as one team (ZeNex) and NsP has nothing to do with NEX at all.
€: Also, Slayers has 3 ppl in code A (NewDawn is SlayerS_YuGiOh), which breaks them even with Liquid.
So there's not really much of a change in the team orders, Liquid would just share 8th place, and since none of the A's acually 'worked' for their spot it is only fair to favor SlayerS.

I think out of all the foreigners in Code A to get Code S I think Ret has the best chance. Would be awesome if ret was able to get into Code S with both Jinro/Idra staying code S ^^. Would be more awesome if all Code A foreingers got code S but thats not likely
