People here are saying that the A seeds get to choose their opponent in their groups. I'd like to have a link confirming this.
It makes no sense to just change the way groupstages are formed within a month and it makes the seedings obsolete besides A seeds or C seeds.

Can someone explain (or provide link) to the format of GSL & GSTL throughout the year? Are they just going to alternate every month? Or is there a set schedule?

Yar that interview is OLD (gsl2) there are interviews after that stating he is not on zenex,

The team rankings were created at the start of the GSL, based on how many players were in code A and code S, not their rankings towards the end of the season
Liquid came in 9th

Code A looks really exciting. Want to see what Huk and losira are capable of in this next gsl. Code S in all likeliness is going to have the same players in the r08 and onwards.

"IMMvp will be in group A and MarineKingPrime.We will be in group H. 3rd through 8th place including LiquidJinro and EGIdrA will each get to select a group. Top 8 players will also get to choose a player they want to have in each of their groups. The selected player will then get to choose the next player to have in his group and so on until there are 4 players in each group."
