Got home from school at like 1:30. Had a small breakfast and had worked out for 45 minutes at school. Came home and ate:
1 package Ramen (500 cal.) 4 oreos (200 cal.) 1 slice of whole grain toast + refried beans (I dunno prob 300ish cal.) 1 fairly large Blueberry Muffin (300ish cal probs) All within like 20 minutes.
Guys it hurts
Maybe I should lie down.
Eugh no more food for the rest of the day.

I do this like every night at around 2 A.M. And I don't even work out. Man up.
|
Yum, now you got me hungry >:3
|
Wtf is this?
That's like... nothing
Is this like a guilty weight watchers blog?
|
The original plan was just the toast and beans for protein and energy. Fuck that spiraled out of control fast.
wooooooooow im actually really hurting :/
|
That's a lot of food? Oh man, I eat maybe double that every meal and I'm as skinny as a rail.
Man up.
|
that's so nothing. you must be starving. eat more, dude.
|
Wow I'm surprised at how I've been universally called a pussy.
I feel better now. The pain was only really for 10 minutes
|
That's not a lot of food, that's a lot bread which fills you up pretty fast. Try eating the same amount in fruits and veggies and you'll soon find that there's a huge difference in feeling.
|
dont feel bad, sometimes I used to eat just in the night (2000 cal.) now thats insane I dont eat that much now lol

1300 calories isn't "nothing" lol. if you ate that much as a snack and don't work out regularly, you're gonna grow into a fattie

There are hundreds of living examples of TL users who can attest to how wrong you are.
Unless by "you" you're referring to the 35yr+ demographic.

"grow into a fattie"
it may not happen overnight, but it will eventually if you maintain eating habits like that, and don't work out. did i really need to post that again?
|
actually i eat whatever i want and as much as i want, only play the drums a few hours per week and still am way below average in weight.
|
Lotta food for a snack for sure, but enough to make you hurt? That's surprising especially since alot of those foods are calorically dense and not the most filling of foods.

nope, pretty much everyone who says they eat a lot and are skinny .. don't actually eat a lot! trust me if you're snacking on 1300kcal, and your regular meals are more than that, let's say 1500kcal (after all, not a snack, right?), and you eat a bunch of those a day, no, you're not eating 5k+ calories per day and staying thin while sitting on a computer.
oh yeah, inb4 "super fast metabolism"

(Mind you each slice having the ham, cheese, salami, anything you could find in the fridge and a lonley slice of cucumber because you're being healthy(!!) and still wonder when the hell dinner was going to be ready because you were starving. I miss those days, you ate more than most horses do a day and the only thing that happened was that you grew another four inches.
And then the horrors. Early 20's must be the most horrific time in any boys life fuck me one apple and you gain like 42 pounds. OH THE HORRORS.
Also there is quite the margin between people. There was a documentuary where they got 25 people that were very thing and put them at 750 calories a day over what a normal person needs for 6 months, a surprising ammount of them hadn't gained a single pound after the time was up. Yes most thin people don't eat alot but some of them eat like horses and can't seem to gain weight.

Except that's not me at all. I was 210 lbs at 14, at about 5 foot 3. So yeah I was pretty stereotypical computer kid who gets really fat. Anyway I'm 5'9 170 now so obviously much improved.
I dunno what happened today lol. Just got really hungry. Ravenous. Probably won't end up eating anything for dinner. See how I feel. :p
