My friend was living in a similar situation and the landlord lady would make him breakfast every day and do his laundry. It was a fairly nice setup, especially with that rent. | ||

I have a fully *not furnished* *applianced* apartment, with appliances. no furniture, but it has a gated pool. 390$ a month. *edit I'm retarded NOT furnished lol | ||
